The more context you give us, the faster we can help. If you're selling, tell us the property type, approximate size, and location. If you're buying or renting, tell us your budget and the area you're looking at. If you want a valuation, mention the purpose — bank loan, sale, probate — so we can tailor the report. For consulting enquiries, a single paragraph describing your situation is enough to get us started. We don't need everything upfront — just enough to point the conversation in the right direction.

Questions people ask before getting in touch
Do you charge for an initial conversation?
No. A first call or meeting to understand your situation and explain what we can do costs nothing. Fees apply when you formally engage us for a listing, a valuation report, or a consulting session.
How quickly do you respond?
Same business day for email and WhatsApp messages sent before 4 p.m. Messages after that are answered first thing the following morning. We don't operate a call centre — you reach a real agent every time.
Can you help if I'm based outside Kenya?
Yes. A significant part of our consulting and sales work involves diaspora clients making decisions about property in Western Kenya. We handle the full process remotely where possible and keep you informed at every step.
Do you cover areas outside Kakamega County?
Our primary market is Kakamega County. We have good working knowledge of Vihiga, Bungoma, and Busia, and take on work there selectively. If your property is further afield, we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
